it seems like all the stupid and embarassing things happen to me and nobody else. i dont like the way i look, and because of these things, i have trouble talking and opening up to people.it seems like they rub it in my face all the time. i cant tell them how i feel because when i do, they just say meaner and meaner things. i used to talk alot and make people laugh, but now i cant think of anything to say and one by one i see my friends drift further and further away. is there something wrong with me?

It sounds like you have very low self-esteem. You really need to talk to a good psychologist for some help in learning how to improve your self-esteem.

Good luck!

You maybe depressed or just have low self esteem. With these conditions, no matter how you feel inside subjectively its probably not what people think of you in reality, objectively. You have to learn control your own internal psychological environment. Please try counseling and/or going to groups or joining web groups where you can talk to like minded people on common issue(s). Then you can talk and feel more confident gradually. As to the way you look, well beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so really you can't make that judgment. As for the lame things you do - trust me - it happens to EVERYONE!!

Good luck xxx

embarassement happens to everyone...trust me i had REALLY bad moments in elementary school and there was a bad one in high school too.
no theres nothing wrong with you. alot of people can be uncomfortable w/how they look or with themselves in general esp. at the teenager age.
all i can say is go to a good counselor. thats all you can really do besides hang in there and when you get older people will be more respectful (i would think so anyway)
