A belief that God did it because a human is incapable of doing it does not suggest ignorance of science or how things seem to come about, it's a choice , based on personal beliefs and feelings from the heart, be it yay or nay on the question of divinity. To suggest anything else merely shows a lack of respect for an opinion other than your own.

Two fallacies: argument from ignorance ("I don't get it" = God did it) and a false dichotomy (it's either that, or it's God).
Firstly, disproving one thing does not automatically prove another.
Secondly, theists can't prove that their god exists and is the cause for anything any further than anyone can prove the same about ghosts or extremely advanced aliens.
