I am 19 years old gained the freshmen 40 lol and I am 5'2 and was weighing 187 but lost 8 lbs currently 179 I need help, I am walking two miles a day everday!! Someone please help me I am trying to lose around 50 more pounds before october HELP PLEASE ,and I do 100 squats a day to tone my thighs

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drop all fast food! Try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies with your regular diet..and drink a lot of water.
When you exercise, try not doing the same thing every day,otherwise your body will get used to it after a while and you'll stop loosing weight. Maybe when you go out to do your 2 miles try jogging for a little, then stop, then run fast, then jog..kind of like that. Do you know what I mean?
Also, watch you're calories. Eat 1200-1500 a day. If you're used to eating a lot throughout the day, eat smaller portions. Eat 5-6 small meals a day.
I know this can be hard, but it's worth it. When you want to grab a chocolate or candy, just think "I don't need that extra fat!". If you're with you're friends and they're all eating fast food or candy or chips, whatever it is, just think "Instead of that fat going into my body, it's going into theirs". They're the ones that are gaining weight, right? But you'll be the one loosing it!

Tips on loosing weight!

running for about 10-20 minutes a day,

burn more calories then u eat

do 200-250 sit-ups or crunches a day
join track!
walk fast! ( 20-40 minutes)
jogging ( 10-20 minutes)
walking (20-40 minutes)
running or walking up the stairs! (5-20 minutes)

Drink lots and lots of water. Not only good for losing weight but for a healthier body in general. If you can't excercise, just watch your carbs and drink, drink, drink, don't stop drinking that water! Proven to work!

You can do this! Drink lots of water, add even more exercise, do weights, and eat really healthy. You'll look great by the end of the summer!
