Depends on how long you've been together. Are you in school maybe he wants to wait. Just give him time if he wants to get married he will propose

They usually propose when a baby is on the way or the two of you have a discussion about wanting to have a baby in the near future. Up to that point, they're usually not thinking about proposing as much as... "she's beautiful. i love her. i hope we shag tonight".
