I LOVE Prozac! I've taken it for about 3 years, and am so much better now! Yes, it can help with depression and panic attacks, among other things. It takes about 2-3 weeks to start working, so if start taking Prozac, be sure and keep this in mind.

I was on Prozac for about six weeks; although it didn't lift my depression as much as I'd have liked, I did find it relaxed me a lot, and I felt less anxiety than I had done in years!

Everyone reacts to these medications differently. Prozac helps millions of people, but for some it just doesn't quite do the trick. Definitely one worth trying, though.

I've taken Prozac for about 1 1/2 years now. Before I started using it I wasn't doing any work or going to school and spent all my time indoors. Now I'm going out almost every day and doing my GCSEs. It definately helped along with therapy.
