Okay here goes.... I have started to eat alot healthier. and now i just dont feel like eating anything. i don't feel hungry anymore, my stomach growls but nothing sounds good and i dont want to eat. just a few weeks ago i was eating like a horse. the way i started eating healthier is by eating less junk and more healthy stuff and carbs b4 workout and protien after. Is there something wrong with me? Please help and dont tell me im anerexic cause im not. im not fat and i dont think im fat.
