Okay here goes.... I have started to eat alot healthier. and now i just dont feel like eating anything. i don't feel hungry anymore, my stomach growls but nothing sounds good and i dont want to eat. just a few weeks ago i was eating like a horse. the way i started eating healthier is by eating less junk and more healthy stuff and carbs b4 workout and protien after. Is there something wrong with me? Please help and dont tell me im anerexic cause im not. im not fat and i dont think im fat.

if you dont feel hungry eat anyway every 2-3hours small meals, your body will get used to it in a few days.

I don't know if there is something wrong with you but even if you don't feel like eating you should force yourself to eat at least 1,200 calories. Or else your body starts breaking down protein in your muscles and tissue to feed itself if you starve it. Losing muscle is not healthy so as long as you get that many calories in you should be ok, but hopefully your appetite comes back. If it doesn't you might wanna seek a doctor's advice.

its just a phase, i would not worry about it, make sure to still eat that way you keep your matab up...

and trying switching to different foods, u can get bored if you eat the same thing all the time...
