im 5'7" 130 pounds and ive been running and doing ab excercises a lot and i eat pretty darn healthy but this tummy i have just isnt going away.. but my legs and arms are skinny

whats the deal? my only wish is to be able to wear a two piece!

is my weight too much for my height? what should i do differently?

Well, don't eat anything heavy at night. No food past 7ish. Go running every other day. Do 100 crunches everyday. Snack often, eat a lot but in small amounts to get your metabolism going. ummmm mi guess drink prune juice flush out you system lol take it from there I guess lol

one of my friends is 5'8 and 165 lbs and she looks awesome- she's a soccer player and has TONS of muscle and she still has nice curves
