Why is a guys favorite way to break up to stop calling the girl? It's so immature.?

Because, they are to chicken. Women are a lot stronger than men are. Men do not express feelings very well.

Well..most guys don't think it's immature. If a guy wants to stop seeing a girl, he just forgets about her. Why bother telling her? The guy has already made the decision that he wants to dump her, so he need never speak to her or see her again.

Sure he could waste the time and tell the girl. Maybe she will just say 'ok'...but more likely she will get mad and call him names, hit him, slam down the phone or such. A guy can avoid all that by simply not calling.

Now if girls were more mature and could just accept a break-up by saying 'ok' and moving on....maybe more guys would tell the girl in the first place.

It's the easy way out. You lose interest or find someone else, so to avoid confrontation you stop calling her.

I mean, why call someone to hurt their feelings? But I see your point, if you don't call someone then they just wonder what happened.

Thing is, a girl can call a guy too. Sometimes a guy is just tired of being the one that calls most of the time and is waiting for the girl to call back. Then she never calls so he figures she wasn't into him that much.

So it goes both ways.

because most guys don't have the manhood to actually tell a girl to her face that he's just not interested in her anymore. i guess they figure that if he just stops calling, she'll get the hint.
