I am currently about 148lbs and out of shape with fat thighs, and I want to lose about 25lbs and get in good enough shape to audition for a professional cheerleading squad. Is it possible to do this in only a two month period?

There is a new drug that was just approved for over the counter consumption by the FDA... the only one approved for weight loss over the counter. It will not be available for over the counter until June, but SO very worth the wait. I used this as a prescription when I was overweight and was soooo very happy with it... here is the web link to check it out.

Good Luck!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Most likely not, unless you exercise the entirety of your body for at least two hours five days a week.
Start out by running at least a mile a day, from there, lift approximately 15 lbs on every part of your body. Make your personal motto: Run you lard!

Absolutely, of course you would have to be extremely dedicated and specific on your food intake. 1-2 pounds a week is reasonable with regular working out and good eating habits. 80% is on your diet, 10% working out, 10% rest/ sleep. Hard work and dedication will get you to your goal. Hope this helps.
