Erik is right: Multilingual (adjective) or polyglot (noun).

NOT a linguist. A linguist is a person who studies and describes language as a phenomenon not a person who speaks more than one language. In fact many of the world's greatest figures in linguistics can speak only one language though they may study more than one. However it is completely possible to be a linguist and only speak and study one language.
