find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Exercise at least 3-5 times a week. Drink plenty of fluids( no alcohol or sodas,even juice drinks with high fructose corn syrup)Eat about 1200 calories per day and don't lose more than 1-11/2 lbs a week.Think positive about yourself!!!!!!!
Also consider your age,if you are 30 or over it is harder to lose the weight so be patient with yourself!

what i'm doing to lose weight(i've lost about 7 pounds in 4 weeks) is to walk (or ron) on a treadmill for a mile and bike on a standard bike for about 6 milesw this burns apprx. 500 calories. for diet, try watching what you intake and eat 500 less calories a day(it's not that hard)so, if you stick to this, that would equal 1,000 less calories a day with diet and excercise, and @ the end of the week, you would've burned 7,000 calories which equals 2 pounds(1 pound=3,500 calories), so yeah there ya go. hope i helped! good luck!

Im 5ft and i weigh 90 pounds all i do is watch the carbs don;t drink soda and exercise you should lose 10 in no time.

The best way to loose a little bit a of weight is start running and walking and eat healthy. if you run/jog for 20-30 minutes a day its speeds up your metabolism! and you start loosing weight but you do have to stay strong and run/jog every day! try in the mornings! it really helps you stay refreshed during the day! and if you drink carbonated drinks cut back to water and propel only! it does wonders~

depending on your age i dont know how old you are, but join weightwatchers. my cousin has done it and lost 15lbs so far in 2 months
