find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well honestly 120 pounds isn't alot of weight at all that you should be worrying about losing. You can get more fit though just focus on exercising each and every day and eating healthy. It is recommended to get in at least 30 mins of activity each day, so do this and eat healthy. It is a good idea not to skip any meals because this is bad for your metabolism. So if you eat small meals/healthy snacks you are boosting your metabolism. This is why body builders eat 6 meals per day. So if you dont want to go to the gym do some crunches in your room or some push ups but a nice long jog would be awesome. Good Luck!

What is your height? 120 is a good weight if your about 5'3'-5'5' but on the thin side the taller you are of course.
All you have to do is drink plenty of green tea all day long. A nice strong cup each hour may do the trick very fast....while eating what you love. That is what i did without trying to lose , i just needed the aditional energy. I went from 8 top 10 bottom to 4 top 6 bottom in about 2 weeks. I ate what i wanted ( i love sweets ), but i made sure that 90% of what i ate was healthy (spinach, tuna, salmon, oatmeal) , since i ate those sweets (pies, oreos, snickers).
Just be prepared to have some nice bowel movements (not the runs). The 5lbs gotta get out somehow! Good Luck !

i know you dont want to exercise daily, but for five pounds id say make a few simple changes and it'll work. When you wake up in the morning or before you go to bed, dance to a song or two in your room or do 50 situps. 2-5 minutes, you can squeeze it in and it can be fun. skip one snack a day and drink water or eat an apple or even a 100 calorie pack if you like a lot of sweets. park 10 spots over from the closest spot you can find at the store, it takes 30 extra seconds to walk. (i dont do this when its rainy or snowy though). if it's one or two flights of stairs, skip the elevator. If you have a kid or neice or nephew or brother or sister you see a lot, play ball with them for a few minutes or dance with them on your hip or play tag.
Just, throughout the day when youre doing normal things like grabbing a big glass of OJ with 200 cals in it, say I'll have a small glass so i dont miss it and instead grab a bottle of water. five pounds can be taken off by a few extra steps or exercises and small changes that dont put you on a strict diet that youll never continue. good luck!

The only way that I know to lose weight is to cut down on calories, eat less fat, fewer carbs, and exercise.
Some combination of these will work.
The thing is you can eat foods that you like and still lose weight. The trick is eating smaller portions of those food.
At all costs you should avoid french fries and fast food if you can. If you would normally eat 6 ounces of chicken breast, only eat 3. Eat 3 meals and day and two snacks.
Snacks should consist of some type of fresh fruit, or yogurt.

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
