Yes because when a person sweat's the pours shrink and the sweat gets caught in the skin at time and with the dirt stuck in there this is how a pimple forms.
That is why it's good after you workout to hit the shower without delay, if I don't I will get some on my back. Also wearing tight clothing while working out will do the same thing

Only if you dont clean your face regularly. Zits, pimples, breakouts are generally caused by hormones. But they can be worsened by a bad diet, certain medication, and poor hygiene. If you dont want zits, eat healthily, excercise, choose water as your choice of beverage throughout the day, and clean your face well. Don't go overboard with the cleaning though because you can strip your face of its natural oils and your face will become dry.
A standard facial cleanser is good followed by a good moisturiser that specifically says it is for the face (do NOT use any old moisturiser, body and hand moisturisers are way to heavy and will clog your pores causing your skin to look dull)
Use a facial scrub, gently applied, a few times a week, or as directed. And go for the facial masks once and a while.
Something really good to cleanse the system and the face is to drink water with lemon, especially hot water with lemon. Or Nettle Tea (Found in health or herbal or tea stores) which is a de-toxifier.
Good luck :)

Nope.
Sweat exits the body through the pores in your skin.
Zits are caused when those pores get blocked.

It can cause zits if you have really oily skin, but if you take care of your face and wash it every day you can keep them away.

Yes. If you ever notice, people with really bad acne also get pimples on their back because they're sweating there.

yes, actually it can. because sweat is oils, and oils clog pores, and clogged pores are what we call zits or pimples.

yeah if you dont shower right after.
Your body uses sweat to get rid of toxins and water is a feeding ground for bacteria.
