im 13, 5'1, and 131.6 pounds. this is the diet im planning to do. cereal and milk for breakfast (200 calories), a hot pocket for lunch (350), and another hot pocket for dinner (350). i might change the lunch to something else, but its gonna be around that many calories or less. also im not going to eat anything past 6, and im gonna have atleast 3 17oz bottles of water each day. dont tell me to change the diet or anything. just tell me how much you think i could lose in say.. 7 days?

if you want to lose weight (fat) and not gain it back then follow this:
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
crash diets (what you are planning on doing) make you lose water weight and muscle NOT fat and slow down metabolism dramatically not even talking about the FACT that you will gain back more than lost as soon as start eating normal and end up having higher body fat percentage

First off sounds to me you are trying to put weight on, not lose it.
You want to lose weight, your breakfast sound have Special K and 1 per cent milk. Your lunch should be a well balance meal, meat [ chicken , turkey, or fish ], veggies., dinner a light salad with low fat dressing. You need to drink water at least 8 to 10 bottles a day [ to flush out your body ]. You need to walk 3 miles a day and do some body exercise every day.
When in 5 days you should be able to weigh yourself and see that WOW you are losing weight. You should not have any food after 5pm..
You need to cut out all snacks. Eat more fruit and raw veggies.
Hot pockets has so much grease and fat in them

All diets require exercise.

in 7 days you wont lose much if anything...it kind of depends on how much you were eating before going on the diet. and i know you said not to tell you to change it but adding in fruits and vegetables might be a good idea and 1100 calories a day is not enough..girls are supposed to have at least 1200 a day and especially since we are teenagers more than that. Excersise and eating healthier should help you lose the extra weight you want gone. best of luck to you

not much you are getting a lot of fat and salt in those hot pockets. Try lean cusines or some of the healthy choice things that are lower in fat and salt.

At most you would probably lose 2or3 pounds, Maybe not that.

soups can be both filling and comforting try making a garden or bean soup with low salt broth and store in portion sized cups for later
