what is the best method of loosing weight and keepin it off?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

The best way is to exercise and eat healthy. DO NOT go on a non-eating diet as this slows down your motabilism and results in fast weight gain when you decide to eat. Eat 6 meals a day containing small portions. Eat whole grain breads, protien, and stay away from high calorie foods ands high fatty foods. Keep your carb intake low as well.

omg that guy is so racist but anyways what you should is when you geet hungry for a sanck you should eat a grapefruit even though they are nasty they speed up your matabolism like carrots and also eat move vegatables and fruit (mostly vegatables becasue of more water content) dont starve because it will slow down your motabolism and make it harder to loose weight also try to get at lesat 30 min. or cardio in earlier in the morning but after breakfast becasue exercising on a empty stomach is not good for you good luck ; )

Try eating smaller portions and eating healthy snacks inbetween meals and get into excercising, walking is the best and if you can do some stretching before you walk and start off walking slow and wrok your way up to faster and further and eat very healthy meals and snacks! It has worked for me and I have lost over 86 lbs, in 9 months and i am planning to lose another 30 lbs to meet my goal!
