dont be foolish...special K diet ...its just a good marketing strategy
there are much better cereals out there - like Kashi cereals, look for higher protein and fiber content and less carbs especially sugars and fat comparing to others

Special K is a lightly toasted breakfast cereal manufactured by the Kellogg Company. It is made primarily from rice and wheat. The name was created by taking the K for Kellogg's and adding the word "special" to it for marketing purposes. Despite the name, Special K does not contain any Vitamin K. I think the Special K breakfast bars are super super YUMMY and that's what I think is special. This was fun to answer. I never really took the time to find out what the name meant. Most of the other cereals are named after what's in them, so this was fun!

No No No, I loved Special K!!! I started eating it for practically every meal and I put on 15-20 pounds! I found it to get addictive, I know it sound crazy but I seriously loved it sooo much that I ate it a few times a day and I put on sooo much weight! It didnt happen over night, it happened gradually. Check the box, it is higher in calories than alot of other cerial.

I think it is good for you and it doesnt have much fat in. If you took the challenge, according to the box you would lose one jean size which is quiet alot.
You can also get Special K with red berries, chocolate or yogurt which are all very nice too - not sure if they are as slimming as the regular Special K though.

Yes if you eat it for breakfast, lunch and as a snack at night with low fat milk it doesnt have to be excactly that way but what you have to try to do is eat less fatty food.....you have to have a good healthy dinner( vegetables, fish, white meat, good fatty foods).. You also have to exercise on a regular basis. Ive tried it on a very strict way and it worked but it takes time dont expect to loose weight over night. I lost 10 pounds in one month. Please do not only eat special k your body needs other vitamins that vegetable and meat can give you. Good Luck.

actually some people do take the challenge, but it isn't good because if you try it. The body later will react to starvation and you will end up gainning more weight.
