okay so...for some reason today my skin started to "break out" but im not sure that is broke out. its all get and feels bumpy, almost like a rash- but you cant really see it at all. what is this? it happend once before and i didnt know why? did this ever happen to anyone??

last time this happend i had no clue either. and it lasted about a week.

I use to get that on my stomach it is called a heat rash. Wash your face with regular face wash then Put a cool towel on your face for a while and see what happens. But don't try any products because it may do more bad than good

Mine was doing something similar and it itched also. I found out I was allergic to a moisturizer I was using. It can also be from nerves. It's kind of like hives. So if your stressed out try to relax. If not, look and eliminate things you are using on your skin. Since it seems to come and go, I would say it sounds more like nerves, or something you might have eaten your allergic to. Also, see if it's an area where your hands seem to touch alot. I also had it happen from a new hand lotion I was using. I was leaning my face on my hand and it caused that kind of reaction. Good luck sorting it out!

Its the soap your using , must be leaving a residue on your skin. try a facial wash and never use soap on your skin !

use rubbing alcohol it will burn but it will clear ur face up okay
