Your body is craving it for some reason. Try eating more fresh fruit & maybe that will satisfy your cravings. Better to eat fruit than sugar laced candy, cookies, etc.

have you been checked out for low blood sugar count or Diatebaties.
that would explain the lack of sugar.
or you just have a high matablizem and your your body just needs it more then you are allowing with out over doing.

do u eat alot of sugar? if so thats probly why, the only way to stop it is to slowly cut it out of your diet, you might notice some withdrawls for a week or so, but after that you will be fine..
you will even get to a point where most sweets are simply to sweet for you...
