I would say it's not enough. you need more protein and vegetables. you're still growing and need all the proper nutrients to stay healthy.

It's not too MUCH. It's too LITTLE. Actually 74 lbs is a good weight for your height. When I was 5 feet 74-75 lbs and 10 years old I was very healthy. But you are still not eating enough. You should try to eat at least one full meal a day (two large servings of spaghetti, or four slices of pizza, or a bowl of soup and whole sandwich, etc.).

No way! This is a growing child that you are talking about. My 6 year old nephew eats all day and doesn't stop munching. Actually you seem to be feeding your child(?) healthy foods, so this has to be pretty good. This is just my opinion though.

no but there are deffinitly things you are leaving out! Try protein and vegatbles. you may bot have had biology in school yet but there are things you MUST HAVE to live.
i hope you are short- 74 is very very light for a fourteen year old.

No - thats definently not 2 much, but maybe 2 little - don't u ever induldge on brownies, cookies NON fat free ice cream, or maybe even a piece of fruit cake???

It's not nearly enough. You should be eating alot more than that. 74lbs is too thin for 5 ft tall also. GAIN SOME WEIGHT!!!
