Weight Watchers? If so do you have any meal suggestions? if so please include points

I'm doing a fitness challenge to see who can lose the most weight and body fat so any suggestions are appreciated

i'm doing the weight watchers right now actually, and i would not know where to begin with the foods, you should check out there website, they have message boards where you can get lots of info...

my mother bought a weight watchers cookbook and the whole family ate their foods. this was when it first started. now I eat the frozen meals and desserts. there aren't any meetings in my county and the ones in the next county are during the daytime when I work. if you buy the food at the store, the points are on the packaging. don't forget to exercise every day and drink plenty of water.

I lost 60 pounds on WW about 10 years ago. I don't even know where to start for meal suggestions...really, you can eat anything, you just have to watch how much you're eating.

i know many women who have done weight watchers, and i am amazed at the results. and i hear its pretty easy, as far as dieting goes. one women i knew lost 50 pounds over the summer!!!! good luck!!! <3333
