Can someone tell me what the recommended intake for a female (age 32) is for Vitamin B12? Also, what the safe amount is if someone were to take more than the recommended amount. Everything I find on the internet gives me some weird kind of measurement (not like mg, or mcg)... I need to know the amount in mcg, as it says on my bottle of B12. I always take multi-vitamins, but have been trying to take each one 'seperately' as I find it much more effective. Thanks in advance for any answers!
