Get off your *** and clean your house.
Play the musical clean house game. Find a great cd you love. Turn it up until your fillings rattle. Then pick 3 dirty rooms. Each time you hear a new song, you rotate which room you clean. Voila! You're back here in 45 minutes, feeling morally safe for having cleaned and with minor ear damage.

Maybe it would help if you brought a little fantasy into it, dress as a nun or a prima donna ballerina whilst cleaning, do the dishes en-pointe...use your imagination, that's what it's for.
