no but that does not mean God loves me less or more.It just means what it ,mearnt.A sister said something one day which when I think of it makes sense, she thank God for not answering those prayers she prayed and I agree because if God had answered what we should have learnt or pass through to teach us a very vital lesson we would not have learnt. There is a purpose in the storm and for every unanswered prayer a reason if only we would be patient to learn.

I haven't received everything I've ever prayed for because God knows what I need much more than I do. He has a plan for my life, so giving me everything I ask for would be foolish, because I am selfish and want instant gratification.

I have, however, always received an answer to my prayers. I've had many prayers immediately or shortly answerd exactly as I've prayed (which is so amazing), but often, I'll pray for something for a long time... God answers with an apparent "wait," and finally, my prayers are answered, sometimes in a much different way than I expected. And sometimes, I'll pray for something, and I know that God is answering with a "no-- that's not the best thing for you.", because it will never come to fruition. And I'm ok with that, because I don't know what tomorrow holds. He does.

sometimes unanswered prayers are best! God knows more than u can ever imagine. He knows what is best for u & has your best interst in mind even if at the time u cant see that! when my husband left me i prayed & prayed that he would come back.... i finally realized not only was a praying the wrong thing but i was much much happier without him i just had to get over a wall that god saw past the entire time!

Oh, thank God, no!

God in His wisdom knows better than me. I pray for things, and i think, "If this would happen, it would be so great!" But He is wiser than i and knows what is best for me, so He only does what is best. I may not always understand why things did not turn out the way i wanted, and at times this may hurt me a bit, but ultimately i come to realize that things truly are better the way they happened.

I can imagine the way the world would be if everything i wanted or prayed for did happen...yikes! I don't even want to think about it!

I prayed for wisdom, and God gave me problems to solve.
I prayed for wealth, God gave me a strong sense of hard work.
I prayed for love, God brought people into my life who needed me to love and care for them.

I prayed for many gifts, God gave me the right opportunities.

I received nothing I wanted, and everything I needed.

Lots of times! Even if it's just small things, God answered most of them. It just takes time. Ok, an example.....hmm...I've prayed for help on how to deal with some issues i've had, and God helped me. Not always right away though. I've prayed for God to show me what he wants me to do in life, it's sort of becoming clearer day by day.

The thing is, if you ask God for help, he will help you, in his way and in his time.

I have received everything I need and so much more that I am over weight, under worked, and over paid. But my foolish dark heart has asked for more. Thank GOD he says no to my self destructive request.

May the Lord richly bless you too.

I alway seem to get the things I need and sometimes I get what I want...But its very coincidental that the things I want and don't get, are the things I realized after all is said and done that I really didn't want...
