yes the Bible is complete. It ends saying Jesus is coming again, Amen! What more do you need? The Old Testement is before Jesus came. The New Testement is when Jesus came, he made some new laws (and restated some old ones too) and that's basically what people today use. The laws in the Old Testament are harder to understand.

The Old Testament tells of God giving mankind Laws and Rules by which to live. Mankind (i.e., the country of ancient Israel) failed utterly in trying to keep those laws. So they were banished.
The God of the Old Testament is a God of Justice. He punishes the wicked: the murderers, the rapists, the thieves, etc. Unfortunately for us, "the wicked" is a term that encompasses all mankind, for "all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God."
So, in order for ANYONE to get to Heaven, there had to be another way. Somehow, our punishment (of being banished from God) had to be still inflicted (because God is a Just God).
That's where the New Testament begins. God Himself came down to Earth as Jesus. He taught us some more, then He died on the Cross willingly--i.e., taking OUR punishment upon Himself. Hence, God is still a Just God, because the evil of the world has been punished.
However, now God is also a Merciful God, because He didn't punish US. Because Jesus took our punishment, we are now free to have a relationship with God and go to Heaven--all we have to do is accept His sacrifice, by having Faith in Him.
The Bible is therefore "complete" in a way, because there is no need for anything more! The problem of Hell has been solved. This doesn't mean that the STORY of God and His children isn't still going on, happening right now (it is). But it does mean that the Scriptures are closed. There can be no additions, and there can be no changes (since Scripture is forever).
So in a sense, yes it is complete.

Also, God is revealed in His Creation.
The basic foundation of the Church of Christ is founded in faith in Christ of the Holy Bible. To write other Holy Books who take away from this Salvation Message, is to be adding to the Word of God.
So, to the Christian, the Bible is complete, in that it also writes that God gives us the Holy Spirit of promise. The anointing, the Spirit of Truth, who leads us into all truth & does not lie. The Holy Spirit brings to mind all things the Lord has said (as revealed in the Holy Bible) or the Word of the Lord personal for the moment. This would be a prophetic gift as written in the bible.
The Old Testament prophesied of the Coming Savior & Messiah. In the New Testament, Jesus is the Savior & Messiah. And in the New Testament, we will be resurrected like Jesus and also Jesus is coming back to save the nation Israel and also to destroy all antichrist & then to rule for the Millinnium Reign of Christ.
In Revelation it prophecies unto the new heaven, the new heavenly Jerusalem & the new earth.

Christians rewrote their own version using 4 of the most popular scrolls of the time. They melded the 4 into one book called the New Testament and added in the character of Jesus which was loosely based on the pagan god Cernunnos. There are many other scrolls from that time period including the dead sea scrolls. At the time many religions were vying for power and christianity happened to be the most popular and the strongest survivor due to emperor constantine(roman) who ruled in what is commonly known as Istanbul(constantinople) in turkey who helped to allow the people to follow Christianity and made the holidays coincide with the pagan holidays helping to ensure a smoth and easy transition.

It tells us in the book of Revelation that God's word cannot be added to nor taken away from, it is complete in itself. That is one of the reasons the Quaron is false and not of God or the Book of the Mormons also. These have been added to God's Word by man and are not of God. The Old testament was written before Christ with the last book written about 800 years before Christ appeared. The New testament was all written after Christ's Crucifixion. The Old testament tells of Creation and "The Fall" and how man became separated from God by sin. The Old T. was also the precursor for the coming of the messiah (Jesus), there are over a hundred prophesies in the OT that Christ fulfilled when He came. Once Christ came man now by placing their faith and trust in Him and asking Him to forgive their sins were able to once again have a spiritual relationship with God. The NT also gives an outline of future events such as the "Rapture" the "Tribulation period" the Millennium" and the" Great White Throne Judgment".We are all given the choice to accept or reject God's gift which is His Son, to accept Christ is to have life eternal in heaven, to reject Christ is to spend eternity in hell, no grey areas. God said if you are not for me then you are against me. Salvation is a free gift of God, we can't earn it, it is a gift we accept it or reject it.

Of course it is NOT complete. For one thing where was Jesus from the age of 12 until he was 30?
Look at the gnostic gospels that were removed because they did not further the position of the church. Mary Magdalene actually predates the writings of Paul!

It is complete.
The main point of the Old Testament told people of God's plan of Salvation.
The main point of the New Testament is to show how this was done through Jesus.
