because diets set you up to fail! they aren't long term compatible with the way our bodies physiology works. diets will always, always, always make you crash and binge (gain all the weight back plus more) ALWAYS! i can not stress this enough! instead of dieting you should be correcting your nutritional habits and eating lean proteins, whole grain carbs, FRUITS, VEGGIES and healthy fats...and toooonnnnssss of water (2-3L a day). make sure you are keeping your meals balanced with all of these elements! the problem with diets is that they make you deprive yourself of one of these extremely necessary nutrients that the body *MUST* have to survive happily. in deprivation it then revolts and makes you feel cravings and makes you binge uncontrollably. i recommend reading books like "Eating for Life" by Bill Phillips and "The Abs Diet" by David Zinczenko and improve your knowledge on how your body works, why it works that way and what you have to do to get yourself on track with a healthy eating habit for life.

dont stress your self over being strong enought dieting is very tricky, everyones body is diffrent and all diets dont work for everyone, but if you are looking to lose some ponds, there are too mager things too stop eating SALT and SODA, just these two alone with out a diet you will lose the ponds and still eat the things you want. but remember the more you do for your self the better results you'll have. anything you do more than what you do now will increase the results, if you start off this way and start too see resluts it will motavate yourself to do more.

I am not sure if u allow yourself to eat the "bad stuff". Some people try to go cold turkey and it doesnt work like that for most people. its best to aloow yourself 1 day a week to eat what you want. during the other 6 days buy snacks that are good tasting but low in sugar. yea it cost more but, trust me it works. u dont that for a while your body will get use to it.

You seem to have balanced good with bad but the problem is the bad part is pretty fast to take effect and have adverse effect on the good part!
