There is a popular belief that one can sign a contract with the Devil that will grant a person earthly benefits in exchange for one's soul (see for example, the story of "The Devil and Daniel Webster" in the link below). Even if there were some biblical basis for such a belief, though (Matthew 16:26, "For what is a man profited if he shall gain the whole world and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?", probably comes the closest), the story is incorrect in implying that anything else (such as a lawyer's arguments) other than repentance can extricate a person from such an arrangement.

It means he owns your soul, and when you die you are his forever.
Your soul is one of your most valuable assets, and you can only sell it once. It's not a transaction into which you should enter lightly.
If you do want to sell your soul, consider listing it on e-bay. At least then you'll get the most for it - even if the devil is the buyer.

It could mean you gave yourself up to the Devil. Like doing bad things in your life.

It just means that you give your life to him and live for him. It means you go to Hell. There is nothing Satan likes more than taking souls away from the Kingdom of God. Satan wants us to be miserable. Stay far away. If you have bad thoughts, and you say "Jesus" they go away because the devils flee at His name.
