I'm a boxing fan and am especially interested in boxing glove manufacture. The Mexican made pro gloves utilize a single piece of latex foam padding. Does any one know the methods used to insert the foam into the finished leather shell (glove) ? I know, it isn't inserted from the rear ?

The leather is wrapped around the the foam like a sandwich then stitched together. That is how Reyes does it. And thats why Reyes is considered the best. The foam does'nt break down easely and the leather or stitching never tear.
