Odd that she would talk about this with anyone at all!
Stay out of it.
You might distance yourself from this co-worker a bit. She shows very poor judgement by blathering about such a thing at work.
If she talks about this affair openly there is probably a reason. Chances are she probably gossips about everyone else (it might be you too). I suggest you don't share personal stuff with her.
You could ask her not to talk about it with you any more. Concentrate on positive stuff in your life and work.
Eventually the best friend will find out about what has been going on and there will be a huge emotional blow up. You don't want to hear about this from co-worker!

I think saying something is a bad idea. If you're not friends with either of them, why do you care? Even if you were friends with one or both of them, it's still a bad idea.
While I'm sure the situation makes for juicy office gossip for those who are bored, it's not prudent to be the source of such information. You could be setting yourself up as someone who can't keep confidential information and therefore be potentially destroying any office credibility that you currently have.

Speaking from the experience of one who has meant well before, I'd say no. Not unless you want the whole workplace in an uproar and half of them calling you a lying troublemaker.

Sorry, it's not your business. And you know what they say about "killing the messenger." You'll be caught in the middle of a bad situation. Stay out of it, to protect yourself.
