rather be drunk, I got high once and wasn't pretty; could not function for a week and hated the world way too much and swore would never try again...

This is not even a question.
If everybody in the world(old enough) smoked weed.
the world would be a better place (and this is not just me saying it)
If everybody in the world was drunk every day, it would be a chaos. simply a s.hit hole.
with alcohol you lose shyness and are creative maybe.
with weed you're creative, lose the shyness(paranoia is different) and most important you contemplate and appreciate.

To me, "drunk" implies being intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol whereas "high" implies the use of illicit street drugs such as marijuana, crack, cocaine, etc.
