Well you've hit a plateau, and you have to do something out of your ordinary diet plan here's an article for you to read more on it:
http://www.webmd.com/diet/weight-loss-plateau
I hope it helps, the same thing happened to my mom, she lost 65lbs and got stuck there for a while and she had kind of eat outside of her weight loss program in order to jump start her metabolism to lose weight again.
Good luck!!

If you have lost 60 pounds on this diet. DO NOT change to another diet. This one works for you, your just concerned that your body has Plateaued but you will see that the body will get back to losing weight again. Stay on the one your on and good luck

You probably just hit a weight loss plateau. Don't worry everyone probably goes through it. To get over this plateau I suggest you change up your routine a little. Add some new moves or change up the ones you are doing and even changing where your working out can make a difference.
P.S. What workout are you doing that makes you lose 3 lbs a week...hook me up!!! :-D LOL!!!

I'd stick with your current diet for a bit. It's common to hit a wall - your body might be building muscle and toning up. Congratulations on your weight loss!

That happened to me. I was losing a whole bunch of weight and then my body stopped. What it is is your body is taking a little more time to get used to the diet. Your body is simply trying to get used to this new way of life. Give it a couple more weeks, and you should see an improvemet of 0lbs to 1-3lbs the week.

This is 100% normal. If you want to boost your weight loss a bit then try diet green tea (Snapple is good but green tea pills are fine as well) just be sure it has ECGC in it. One when you wake up and one before bed.

It's probably because you've been working out and you're getting stronger. Muscle weighs more than fat and if you've lost 60 pounds already you're doing great! Keep going with your diet.

60#'s??? That's great. Stick with the diet you are on. DO NOT change it. It's done you good so far. When your body gets used to it, you'll start losing again.
Tell us, please, how you did it. Can you go back in and modify your question?
Congratulations!
