How do I get Skinny before summer? I'm only 12 and I'm not going to take pills.I only eat a meal a day because if I eat anymore i get sick but i get anough food i walk a mile to and from school and i go to friends houses that are half a mile away. I can never lose weight unless I starve my self and I'm to young to go to the weight center at the recreation center. how do i get skinny within 37 days

The trueful answer is you don't. Trust me you are beautiful as you are. As long as you eat healthily and sensibly (that means 3 meals a day it's better to eat little and often than all in one sitting) and exercise you are fine.

The world puts too much pressure on people to be a certain shape or size. As long as you're healthy it doesn't matter. I'm overweight myself. I spent years at school feeling depressed because I was fat and thought I was ugly and that no one liked me let alone any boys would go near me.

Now I have a boyfriend who likes me exactly the way I am. He loves me because i'm me.

So don't stress eat sensibly and don't feel bad about the way you look you are beautiful in everyway and if no one can see that then they're not worth knowing.

Well. I'd say for 12 years old- You shouldn't worry about losing weight. Your body is still developing, and I'd say in a year or two- You will look much trimmer. However- I do think one meal a day is crazy- but if you eat more and get sick- Idk what to say. For that one meal- I hope you eat 2,000 calories. Not eating enough could be the main reason yo are not losing weight... Hard to believe, but that's what the experts are saying. Some weight loss foods== Leafy green vegetables (spinach for example) and whole wheat. Good luck.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

To lose weight successfully,you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important.You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T always WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T always WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T always WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.
