If you asked him to the dance, you only have yourself to blame, hun. Men like the chase - they hate to be catered to, even if they might say otherwise. It's the hunter in them. For all we know, he might have just been polite, and couldn't take it any more because you weren't a challenge.
I don't think he was being selfish. I think he was being a guy. So, pick yourself up, leave him behind (because he obviously didn't want you - and I'm not being mean, I'm being honest). Don't even bother talking to him anymore. That will get him chasing after you if he was interested, and if he isn't interested, he won't waste your time.

NO need to 'get back' at him. It would just show how incredibly low you'll go to make him feel bad. The best you can do is to live your life in a positive way and leave him alone & forget him! Find another boyfriend! (a nice one!) That's the best thing to do. And believe me, your ex will notice. Just be happy and enjoy yourself. In 10 years you won't give a crap about whats-his-name.

If this guy dump you at a party, with no consideration for how you are getting back home, he does not care about you.
I am sorry girl, but that just isn't right. Leave his tail alone and don't bother about getting back. Getting back at someone even if they are at fault, only causes more drama for you both, but fault also, lies with both.
I am sorry this happened to you. Good luck in the future

Revenge is just something that sucks...you should always try to be a better person and live a life that creates freedom from such negative feeling and emotions...sure your hurt now but just pick yourself up and continue on with your life be a positive force and positive things will happen..better people will be present in your life

Why get back at him? What good would that do? You don't even mention why he dumped you. Perhaps he had good reason to, or perhaps he was an idiot.
You want advice on how to get back at him, but I'm not sure which side I should be taking. Maybe he is a good guy.

Living well is the best revenge... forget about the looser. it's obvious he isn't worthy of your consideration. So move on.... find someone who is worthy of your affection. Hanging onto this hurt will prevent you from finding the real deal. So... be the best you... that you can be... and when you find happiness, with a guy who really can appreciate your gifts... the Ex...will be confronted by his failings

Revenge is ugly and useless.
Your trying to hurt him will just give him the idea that he was more important to you than he is.
Let him go. Let your revenge be the great guy you date next that has all the qualities you deserve and that the ex couldn't compare to.

Get over it! Honestly I know it's not what you want to hear, but ignoring him is the best thing to do. Getting back at him won't make you feel any better! Believe me I know this wasn't the answer you were looking for!

how long have you been with this guy? dont lower yourself in trying to get back at him, sounds as though he's not worth it. but then again if you want him then sit tight, quickest way to lose him is to seek revenge.
