Hello, Nata:

For some, life ends when the bars close at 2:00 a.m.

For the retired, life began when the kids took the dog and left home.

For others, life began when they were baptized and found the Kingdom of God within.

I was there, done that, and now life has begun.

Is There Life After Death?
- Do You Have an Immortal Spirit? http://watchtower.org/e/20010715/article_01.htm

Is an on-line article that shows the answer to this question, as found in the Holy Bible, using Scriptures such as:

“The first man Adam became a living soul..."
-- 1 Corinthians 15:45

"The soul that is sinning--it itself will die." --Ezekiel 18:4

"You will ... return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return." --Genesis 3:19

"All that your hand finds to do, do with your very power, for there is no work nor devising nor knowledge nor wisdom in She′ol, the place to which you are going." --Ecclesiastes 9:10

Should you believe in reincarnation? :

However, that same Bible --God's Word-- also holds out the hope of the resurrection, which will reunite relatives with their loved ones:

Allah creates signs within all living things, and within us humans too.

I have heard so many stories of near death experiences, and all descriptions nearly all the same. Many people say that they feel God more than ever the nearer that death faces them - even those that did not believe in Him. Logically thinking, why would we feel God the most at a time when we are dying and are 'worthless' to Him, why would God bother with us? Unless we had a purpose that stretched far beyond our physical self.

Allah is the Creator of all living creatures, and unto Him we shall return.

Allah knows best. Ameen.

ahh, the question that everyone wants an answer for. I can promise you that everyone from the president to the man on the street is wondering the same thing. There is no definite answer to that. You have to find an answer that makes you feel at ease. Whether that be that you go to heaven or your energy simply replenishes to the Earth. You should focus more on the life that you have. It is what is important. My view is that we are all energy and that can't be destroyed. I know that much, so we won't be completely gone. Our bodies will of course but not our spirit [aka- energy]

Most likely not. There is no evidence that one's consciousness (without which one doesn't really have an identity) survives death. Even in someone who hasn't died, we can observe that their 'personhood' vanishes when their brain activity ceases (as when one is in a coma). And since we know that brain activity ceases upon death...well, you can put two and two together.

I will inform you, if I can, after I am dead.

I promise you from the bottom of my heart.

So, you have to wait.

Every one of us may find out also, so wait a while, it will happen in time for all of us.

actually my friend had a thought out of no where that, if u belive in it enough, might actually question the aspect of religion and god and the heavens. he said that what if when we die, we just live in our minds? what if our souls trick us and make us think we r in heaven? of course you would be in complete happiness cuz you would be seeing everyone again. u live in your brain or your soul thinking you r in heaven or basically whatever u belive in...
its some deep stuff....
