a question about christian clergy?

howcome they have many different titles? like bishop, minister, pastor, etc.? is it just like ranks or what?

That's exactly what it means.....but each religion has it's own hierarchy and titles to go along with them.

its all about who gets the better robes, especially ones that are displayed with many fine peacock feathers!
