move your alarm clock so that you have to get up to shut it off and then once up leave your room and turn on the coffee machine.

before you go to sleep put a bucket of ice next to your bed. by the time you wake up it will still be kind of cold and you can dump it on your head. or do what i do move your alarm clock to the otherside of the room and next to the clock put something that you are supposed to do. For example you have a--

Date with GF- put a picture of her next to the clock
Doctors Apt.- put your insurance card next to the clock
Day at the gym- Put running shoes next to the clock

If you are sleeping from excessive sleep, you could be suffering from depression or fatigue or some other neurological problem. Consult a doctor.

haha...tts me! i sleep lyk no body's business! well...try bathing right after u wake up! and a cup of warm coffee might help!
