find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Briskwalking. You need to get your regular cardio done. 3 to 5 times a week, 45 minutes to an hour each. Moderate your food intake. This will help you lose the fats on your overall body. There is no such thing called spot reduction. It simply doesnt work that way even though lots of info-mercials tell u otherwise. For resistance training, you can do crunches and leg lifts for your stomach. Bodyweight squats for your thighs. But importantly please do your cardio regularly as well.

The best thing to do is eat right and exercise. Just exercising won't work if you don't eat right too. Visit MyPyramid.com to see what you should eat. And by the way if you are working out a lot you might gain a few pounds at first, muscle weighs more than fat.

now I am doing my diet till now its just one month or less but I lost 10pounds and my waist was 30" now its 28" I do exercise 2 hours per week and eat lots of fruits and vegetables
at morning 1 toast +1 egg+tea without sugar

You can't spot reduce; you need to reduce your overall body fat. There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn.
Try to Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.
Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.
Eat breakfast,
Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.
Drink lots of water, tea without sugar, non fat milk or 1%fat milk .
