your dog needs to learn who is the boss. I had two dogs that would pull on the leash. I found the best way to break them was when they got out of hand to hold them by the collar intead of by the leash. actually did it with my neighbors dog when her house was on fire. Dog always dragged her. But I had no problem. walked right beside me with no pulling.
Second aggession is a no no. You don't need to pay an expensive trainer. you just need to let you dog know right from wrong. Just as a child. If the dog barks or tries to bite. put a muzzle on at that time. take it off when the dog behaves. and don't give me crap about a muzzle being cruel. a dog can breath just fine and drink water just fine with a muzzle. it just can not bite. It is much better then a spike collar or shocking collar which could kill your dog.

Do you ever watch The Dog Whisper on Nat. Geographic TV.
The man is very informtive.
He does promote this. Walk the dog and walk the dog. They have too much energy at times.
Your problem as been highlighted on the show.
You have to get the dog to release the extra enegry and then many of the annoying or bad habits will be borken.
The man on the show is called Caesar Milan. (spelling)

Try this

A simple technique is...
When you see a dog walking towards you, turn you're dog the other way...walk 8 steps and then turn around and walk the other way again. If he goes to attack again...just repeat it and he will soon get the picture.

Look for dog training schools in your area. He needs socialising and as it sounds like he may be a little older then a pup, you would both benefit from the classes.
