In all seriousness you should replace the fence and keep the one that Banksy has graffed on. It could be worth tens of thousands. Even if you just kept it for posterity it would be worth it. I love his work and would love it if you could e-mail me more details (see my profile). I have seen loads of his stuff in situ and even in very unexpected places like the back wall of some flats above a Victorian HSBC bank in Southfields. Whenever I see it I hope that the council won't come along and destroy it.
