Well, noisy is subjective... what is noisy to you may not be noisy to someone else. I would guess that you are used to a car that was a little bigger and cost more new.

The Yaris is an economy car. The sound deadening materials used on that vehicle are not as extensive or of the same quality as more expensive vehicles. The lack of sound proofing materials is made worse by the engine being a 4 cylinder.

A 4 cylinder engine tends to be rougher and less refined then a 6 or 8 cylinder. The reason for this is because less money is spent on developing that engine because it is usually destined to be placed into an economy car.

Sounds like a fairly new vehicle. Not sure of the Mileage it have, but, should be in warranty.
Heck, I would check the oil, the dealer may have forgot to put oil in it, Ha!
But, seriously, it may be a normal sound until the engine breaks in, as I can not hear. But, it should have a warranty.

It is a very small 4 cylinder engine and those types of engines are generally noisy. Don't worry there shouldn't be any problem with your car.

probly the over head cam they are generally noisy. and can you hear it from the inside or outside? check under the hood and see if there is a liner ( sound deadner) under it. it could be automatic belt tensioner, when the new corolla's came out they had big problems with the tensioner leaking fluid and making noise I would have that checked out as well
