Sounds good to me. I don't get a free ride and I pay taxes. I don't think Americans getting welfare should be considered 'moochers'. They are using the welfare system for what it was intended. They are citizens, taxpayers (or at least were), and live in a country where it is impossible for most folks to get ahead. I'm a college graduate. I went for nursing in the medical field. I am barely making ends meet being a single mother. I'm not living the American Dream with 30,000 dollars left in student loans. If I went to my local government office for assistance and someone had the nerve to call me a moocher, I would punch them in the nose.

So... I see that most Americans belief that half of the immigration in the us is from Mexico? lol. Well put it this way America would be nothing without immigrants. And yes Mexicans do the "jobs" that Americans wont take. and yet pay them nothing. and not all immigrants take advantage of the "free benefits" of the united states! But i see it is impossible to change the discrimination and racism of the us. And just a quick taught i have seen more AMERICAN CITIZENS asking for money to but a beer or "food" than a "MEXICAN" asking for it. and don't give me the "Oh, well, they don't speak English". And i can't wait till the US kicks out all immigrants...Just wait and see what happends to the economy, and again thank your president.

Well, I can tell you this, illegals do pay taxes and they really can't claim it. And if they could, it would amount to little.
As for government assistance it can only go to help out babies illegals have. If they were to present themselves before officials and say "Give me free whatever" they'd be arrested and deported.
The majority of immigrants that move to a new country do so for work, a more tranquil life, not so much for free benefits.
The REAL solution to stop immigration, is to divert it elsewhere. Because immigration is really steam.

It is such a fine move,in the right direction. Unfortunately if we all don't harrass the hell out of our senators and representatives right now and stop what is in fact the biggest amnesty bill in US history,we will have a minimum of 20 million new "americans" very soon who will qualify for everything you just mentioned, and Georgia law won't stop it because they'll be legal.

California went through this tortured thinking in 1994; the public approved cutting off all public benefits, the courts turned it down, and life went back to normal. End of story!
Also, your spelling and punctuation is atrocious. Can't you run spell check? I am not really trying to be mean; however, when someone writes a question and they have so many errors in four lines, it just looks uneducated.

The loophole is the same as with all states that have similar laws on the books. The children that are born here a citizens by birth. It's not the illegal parents that are on the system, it's technically the U.S. born kids.

Good law. Since Americans don't benefit from the government that we work so hard in, why should Illegals? Americans pay tax dollars and the illegals reaped the benefits. Finally Georgia is wising up

Perhaps you should take advantage of the free education that you are ranting about and get your GED. If you are unwilling to do that, then read Grammar for Dummies.
Let's examine issues in your post. First, what is with those repeated periods mid sentence? That is the stupidest thing that I have ever seen!. You need to learn how to use both periods and commas. Don't ever use unnecessary double negatives. Most of your clause structures are flawed. Look up split infinitives and stop using them. Learn proper paragraph structure. Capitalize proper nouns. The words "its: and "it's" are not the same thing.

this is good it should be like this untill they are no longer illegal. this takes a long time though and not all illegals in the united states are from mexico. my friend married someone from canada and they have had a lot of trouble trying to get his visa and what not and she couldnt even get him healtcare through her work for him and he fatherd a child with her i am not sure i agree with all circumstances but it hurts us as taxpayers to be paying all this (insurance assistance) when we cant afford this ourselves.

But Panda, what about the native-born U.S. citizens who fill our prisons and swell our welfare rolls, who haven't worked for 7 solid generations, and are career welfare moochers? Why doesn't the U.S. do something about them? The immigrant issue is taking the focus off these bums.
