Here are some Scriptures supporting the manifestation of the Holy Spirit:
Luke 3:16 John answered, and saying to them all, ‘I indeed baptize you with water; but the One mightier than I is coming, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to loose. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
Luke 11:13 ‘If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!’
John 20:22 And when He has said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, ‘Received the Holy Spirit.’
John 14:16,17 And I will pray to the Father, and He will give you another Helper (Parakletos), that He may abide in you forever, even the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
John 14:26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
John 15:26 But when the Helper comes, whom I send to you from the Father, the Spirit of Truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.
John 16:7-11 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart I will send Him to you. And when He comes, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to the Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.
John 16:13-15 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth, for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you of things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of mine and declare it to you.
Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.

The manifestation of the Holy Spirit "can not" violate Scripture. If you believe you see this-it is error. Either it is not the Holy Spirit, but some other spirit at work, or you have misinterpreted the Scripture.
I would be more inclined to believe that you are witnessing an unholy spirit. Scripture, although difficult to comprehend for some, is definitely understandable. If you are struggling with a particular passage-help is available almost anywhere in the free world. There are many websites that have "scripture help" sections.

I hope I understand your question...I'll give it a shot !
The Holy Spirit does not conflict with the Scriptures. The Holy Spirit is given to persons by God. It manifests itself by allowing the person to act according to Biblical principles, under the circumstances. It is also known as "the Comfortor" and it allows the person to feel a sense of security, knowing that God, or Jesus will help us to have confidence in Him that by our prayers, things will work out for the best.
I would say that manifestation of this Holy Spirit would always be scriptural, if it is coming from God, and is the real thing. You could always type in "Holy Spirit" in google and it would bring up more info about this.
Good luck on your assignment.

I do not understand your question, but have the audacity to answer anyway.
Too many people think a 'manifestation' of Holy Spirit is some weird, stranges occurance like idols crying or faces in a sandwich.
That is so off-track as to be humorous.
The Bible makes it very clear what manifestations to look for.
Galations 5:22
"the fruitage of the spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, mildness, self-control."
Anyone manifesting those qualities (or at least trying hard) can be said to show a manifestation of the Holy Spirit.

The Holt Spirit or Holy Ghost does not violate, and will not violate the scriptures.
Because you will read in John chapter 14 Jesus is the holy Ghost. You'll see in John 1:1-14 that Jesus is the Word of God.
The Bible tells us that Gods word cannot fail. And that God is not a man that he should lie.
I don't understand what you mean by assignment. Sounds like home work to me.
The Holy Ghost is part of the Godhead. You'll need to understand that.
I have trouble understanding treating the Word of God like school work. Real understanding is reading the Bible,, praying, fasting and reading and studying the Bible again and again.
Apostle Paul said in 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Allow the Holy Ghost to guide you and you'll not go wrong.

I don't clearly understand your question, but I'll try. Anymanifeststion of the Holy Spirit does not conflict with any scriptural principle or teaching.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Father and the Son, the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity. As "Giver of Life," the Holy Spirit vivifies the Church, our sacramental and moral life, and our resurrection to life everlasting. "The love of God has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given us" (Romans 5,5).
The traditional gifts of the Spirit are wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety and fear of the Lord (Isaiah 11,1-2).
The Spirit unites the members of the Church to Christ, their Head, and to one another, strengthening their Faith, Hope and Charity.
The Spirit sanctifies Christians by drawing them to share in Christ's very life as adoptive sons and daughters of the Father, inspiring them to:
+ love God and one another,
+ bear witness to Christ,
+ come to know the Truth, and
+ live in loving service of their neighbor.
