It's a cross breed between a Bearded Collie and a Tibetan Terrier. The dog also plays the part of Pippin in C Beebies 'Come Outside' and is somehow related to Benji (the wonder dog)

I think it's a bearded collie, not sure if it's purebred though.
I typed 'bearded collie' in google image search to check and I think I'm right:
