If you are generally fit and healthy then:
'Vitamin water' (hah!) will most likely help your hair grow just as vitamin pills... which will help your hair grow just as fast as it would by consuming a normal healthy diet...
Don't be sucked in -- unless you have more money than commonsense -- in which case...go ahead donate to the 'makers' of water now!

No. Unless you have a condition or lack of eating properly for a few days, I DON'T recommend you eat supplement without referring to any GP. There are too many cases of vitamin overdoses too as in vitamin deficiencies. DON'T take it if you want to grow your hair. Hair are structured protein called keratin and not from vitamins, means you have to eat more proteins, in healthy way of course. Vitamin don't stimulate hair growth or if it does, it DOES NOT stimulate your scalp ONLY. (so you might have hairy chest or face like taking steroids)
If you eat proper and does not includes any psychotics, stimulants-type drugs, your hair might grow healthy too. As far as I know, lack of healthy eating (like eating instant noodles daily without proper meal) would induce hair damage and even baldness (I've seen this to an 11 years old girl BTW)

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMMm1 Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

there is no longer any magic thanks to make hair boost, or all persons may be doing it. the purely ingredient you're in a position to do is save it healthy so at the same time as it does boost, it does no longer smash. Trim it each 3-6 weeks, use conditioner and warm temperature protecting spray, and in case you alter your options about taking supplementations, take Niacin and Biotin supplementations.
