of this specific model i'm looking for the camshaft position sensor not book no auto parts have been able to help me if you have seen it let me know please.

in 1994 the 3.0 had a distributer ignition system. with all spark and fuel timing info coming from the distributer. it does not use cam or crank shaft positon sensers.

Many times the distributor is the camshaft posistion sensor. Because it turns at camshaft speed. And spark has to be timed when the valves are closed.

Are you sure you have one?---autozone site http://www.autozone.com/Action,locsSelect/N,4294897087/addVehicleId,2319703/shopping/locsSelect.htm shows it's behind the p/s pump reservoir between the heads on the block for a 3.3 engine. Most cam position sensors are located in the general area of the cam so I would look in that area first.

It dont have one....

Not that many electronics in a car thats nearly 15 years old.
