what is a Safe distant from a woman when walking. too close and it's harrasment too far and it's stalking so please can anyone answer this

Well if you can smell her stink or her perfume you are too close. If during the day or night your shadow is touching any part of her you are too close. (I have to look up the legal implications of a shadow touching us). Anyway hope you got the idea!!! LOL!
