I have been doing this to someone at work and sometimes it's like we just stand and stare at eachother from across the room. Sometimes i have even seen him staring at me first. We haven't really ever spoken which makes it even better. I find him mysterious. I am younger too. is he flirting with me or just wondering what the hell i am looking at

LOL wondering wtf you're looking at...I can't stop laughing at that. Anyway he probably likes you since he looks at you first at times. You know better than anyone answering because you know the situation exactly...it's whatever you think it is. Just ask him and get it over with.

He is playing with you at work. Don't let him do that. The work place is strictly for work only. A mysterious guy is not a good thing, because usually it means he has things to hide, and while it might get your attention initially, nothing good will come out of it long term.
