Assuming that's what it is, mine keeps running constantly and drains my battery. Is it worn out? And can it be replaced?

Sounds like you have factory air suspension. The air pump will run to control ride height of your vehicle. If the control valve is misadjusted or defective the pump will run non-stop. Also maybe the relay is stuck on. Look in your owners manual for a fuse panel diagram it should tell you where the relay is. I hope this is the noise you are hearing, as previouly stated polution pumps are belt driven...not electrical.

The pollution pump is not electrical...it is run by a belt. Can you describe the item that is running constantly? What does it look like and where is it located...there should be an electrical connector attached to it and unplug it temporarily or try to determine which fuse it uses for power and remove the fuse unless the fuse is also used for some other necessary items.
