Rice is better I think. Potatoes sometimes is uncomfortable in my stomach. Rice has a lot of nutrients.

ooo thats a hard one, i like both,fried rice is yum but what is even better is rice cooked in coconut milk yum,baked potatos with cheese and sour cream yum also!
