If you want to know the bowler who took most wickets in a one day match its Chaminda Vaas of Sri Lanka 8/19 against Zimbabwe when they were bowled out for 38 and if you want to know economy then its Courtney Walsh who bowled 8 overs for 1 run only and took 5 wickets I don't remember exactly against which team he did it but it was not Pakistan for sure as an above answerer said.
