if you have appeared for XII and not MHT_CET 2007,then that leaves only private engg. colleges- which charge you an earth.
but wait as late as you can, because most pvt. colleges will not be able to fill in all payment seats / NRI seats & will be happy to admit anybody who is willing to pay at least tuition fee.but keep monitoring the colleges for vacancies.eventually you will land up a seat in decent enough college at a near by place. then pursue arch.,civil, robotics or mech., or chemical branch in that order.
